What do you need to know?
Annual review meetings typically last around 90 minutes but are often longer and sometimes shorter, so we recommend leaving a cushion for two hours.

If you're working to a tight deadline on the day of the meeting, let Miles know ahead of or at the start of the meeting.
When booking a virtual meeting, you will receive an automated email confirmation which incorporates the link for the meeting. You will also receive an automated email the week before with a reminder to complete your pre-meeting checklist.

What's an 'Ad Hoc' meeting?
This type of meeting would be for a prospective client, or for an existing client who had an Annual Meeting less than a year ago and needs new advice. When booking a virtual meeting, you will receive an automated email confirmation which incorporates the video link for the meeting. You will also receive an automated email reminder the day before.

How to Book
To book a meeting date, select one of the Annual Meeting options in the booking system below to see available dates and times, (remembering that we want to check that everything is still OK for you within a 12 month period) and confirm your meeting online.  The automated email that you receive includes a link for you to rearrange should you need to later.  Alternatively, please email or call one of our administrators.
